Ramada by Wyndham Istanbul Merter

We have always been warmly welcomed as if we were members of the Ramada family - smooth early check-in. The room was large, modern and spotlessly clean. The bed and the 4 pillows were very comfortable . Water, a boiling kettle, tea, coffee, sugar were provided. I was very pleased to find an ironing board and iron. The bathroom is large and there is everything you need. When we came back in the evening , we could enjoy TV programs in many different languages. The room was cleaned every day. All the staff is polite but I am very grateful to Mehmet ( Z) who is very careful and ready to help any time we need. Any time I come to Istanbul I stay at Ramada Merter, although there is a large offer of hotels in Istanbul. The location just steps from the tram stop, mall, Metro is very convenient.

- Staff: The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They were all really great. - Location: The location of the hotel was great. right next to the Gungoren Tram Station (T1 Line) which provided access to the entire city center. One day we went to the city center by tram without using a car. Also, the hotel was right next to Kale Outlet Mall and relatively close to the wholesale clothing area of Merter. - Clean: The rooms were clean and sheets were changed every day. - Parking Security: Parking security was acceptable and the room number was checked every time.

I am Samir from Algeria. This hotel is excellent and luxurious, close to the tramway. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, as if I am sleeping in paradise. The housekeeping service is excellent. The bed is very comfortable. The hotel staff are very wonderful. They made me feel like the owner of the hotel. Thank you. I will never forget the days I spent with you. Thank you to Mr. Mehmet. You were kind. Very much with me. Thank you to Mrs. Nazli. Thank you all. I spent ten days in the hotel. I did not see a single defect. I recommend this hotel. Believe me, you will not regret it, and do not believe the negative comments.

I have nothing to say that I liked it because there was nothing positive about breakfast.

My stay was great as usual in this hotel. It is always like I came to visit my family. It's been my third stay here and each time I was welcomed by a friendly,helpful, caring and emphatic( in my case ) They are doing their best for the well-being of the guests, but in my memory are Nazli, a very nice lady who was very attentive to my needs and accompanied me in my sad moments, trying to make me feel better. Not to talk about the reception staff, exceptionally mentioning Yusuf, who welcomed me very early in the morning ,very kind and polite. Thank you Ramada, I will always come back to you . Moreover, I recommend you to all my family and friends for your location, comfort, warmth, etc
