My stay was great as usual in this hotel. It is always like I came to visit my family. It's been my third stay here and each time I was welcomed by a friendly,helpful, caring and emphatic( in my case ) They are doing their best for the well-being of the guests, but in my memory are Nazli, a very nice lady who was very attentive to my needs and accompanied me in my sad moments, trying to make me feel better. Not to talk about the reception staff, exceptionally mentioning Yusuf, who welcomed me very early in the morning ,very kind and polite. Thank you Ramada, I will always come back to you . Moreover, I recommend you to all my family and friends for your location, comfort, warmth, etc

I am Samir from Algeria. This hotel is excellent and luxurious, close to the tramway. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, as if I am sleeping in paradise. The housekeeping service is excellent. The bed is very comfortable. The hotel staff are very wonderful. They made me feel like the owner of the hotel. Thank you. I will never forget the days I spent with you. Thank you to Mr. Mehmet. You were kind. Very much with me. Thank you to Mrs. Nazli. Thank you all. I spent ten days in the hotel. I did not see a single defect. I recommend this hotel. Believe me, you will not regret it, and do not believe the negative comments.

I had a fantastic stay at the Ramada by Wyndham Merter. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and a short distance from Istanbul's historic attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Especially my cleaning lady Maya, who was a superstar. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, making it a comfortable place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The hotel's breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. Overall, my stay at the Ramada Merter was a memorable and enjoyable experience.

They were all really great. - Location: The location of the hotel was great. right next to the Gungoren Tram Station (T1 Line) which provided access to the entire city center. One day we went to the city center by tram without using a car. Also, the hotel was right next to Kale Outlet Mall and relatively close to the wholesale clothing area of Merter. - Clean: The rooms were clean and sheets were changed every day. - Parking Security: Parking security was acceptable and the room number was checked every time.

Look of the hotel from outside was not great .. but inside it's good and beautiful with Starbucks and bar counter to enjoy and menu for midnight snacks too 3. Room clean and services were good .. room cleaned everyday and refreshments added 4. Tea coffee soap shampoo conditioner kettle iron with stand available 5. Pool and gym nice so was the sauna and spa
